Mary Catherine Doyle, RN, Vice-President

Ms. Doyle has over a decade of operational experience providing worldwide security consulting, surveillance and counter-surveillance, and threat assessments to Federal government agencies, and commercial enterprises on three continents. She also has a decade of experience as a highly decorated patrol and undercover detective in the Montgomery County Police, MD. She maintains a registered nursing license via the State of Maryland and has over a decade of experience as an emergency room nurse.

She is a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) whose credentials include: Ekman micro and macro expressions, Facial Action Coding System (FACS), LSI expert level Statement Analysis/ Interrogation Skills, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Behavioral Interviewing, and Reid Advanced Interview and Interrogations Skills.

Ms. Doyle holds a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and an AA Nursing Degree from Montgomery College

 

Dusko PetkOVich – Operations Manager

Dusko Petkovich has served in the US Army Special Forces for 20 years. As a Special Forces operator he has served in seven distinct combat or hostile fire zones, on three different continents, during his military career. He is an expert in Counter-Terrorism, Force Protection, Special Reconnaissance, Direct Action, Unconventional Warfare, and Foreign Internal Defense.

Mr. Petkovich holds a BS degree in Business Management from St. John's University, and a MA in Military History.

 

Gregory D. Cooper, APRN-BC – Psychiatric Consultant

Mr. Cooper has over 20 years of senior and executive level leadership experience in non-profit and for profit sectors. He has been a registered nurse for 14 years. As a former crisis interventionist and now board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, he is an expert in human assessment and personality, forensic mental health, evidence based interventions, neurochemistry and psychopharmacology. He maintains a large private practice in Delaware.

Mr. Cooper is a published author and his works on trauma and bullying have been presented internationally. He speaks for the pharmaceutical industry and consults with private companies and non-profits. He is an Adjunct Faculty Member in the graduate program of the University of Delaware’s School of Nursing.

Mr. Cooper holds a Bachelor’s degree in both Biology and Nursing from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University.

Mr. Janney has 25 years of law enforcement experience, serving extensively as a plainclothes surveillance specialist, undercover narcotics detective and homicide investigator. He has also served as an adjunct professor for the University of Maryland Criminal Justice Department since 2002. Mr. Janney’s law enforcement career culminated as a lead investigator of a 42-year-old unsolved kidnapping/murder of two young girls. His efforts during this investigation helped lead to the oldest murder prosecution where there was no body recovered in United States history.

Mr. Janney is an expert in surveillance and interrogation and has designed and implemented training curriculum in these fields for local, state and federal law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. He is a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) with qualification in Reid Advanced Interview and Interrogation Skills.

Mr. Janney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College.

 

LEE WILEY- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Lee Wiley has extensive experience in gathering intelligence, performing covert and mobile surveillance, and investigating cases involving all part one offenses, terrorism, gang activity, and human trafficking. As a detective with the Montgomery County, Maryland, Police Department for 28 years, Mr. Wiley served in a variety of specialized units, including the Special Assignment Team, Investigative Section, and the Special Investigation Division – Vice & Intelligence Section. For the previous 12 years, Mr. Wiley was the primary investigator for all human trafficking cases at the federal and state level, including the Latino Brothels, Asian and Russian massage parlors, and Internet vice investigations. From these investigations, human trafficking victims were identified and sex traffickers were arrested and held accountable for their actions.

Mr. Wiley’s proficiency in complicated investigations, interrogations, surveillance, and infiltration of criminal organizations is sought after- he has presented to a variety of audiences, including vice investigator conferences, human trafficking conferences, the Maryland State House of Delegates Judiciary Committee, and non-governmental organizations.

Mr. Wiley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology with a concentration in Law Enforcement from Towson State University in Towson, Maryland.

 

Michelle Tamburrino – Human Resources Manager

Ms. Tamburrino has five years of experience supporting technical and operational training programs. She performs program and budget management functions in addition to implementing new course design methods and evaluation tools to support mission requirements. She has five years of teaching experience in Fairfax County, VA and Rockingham County, VA public school systems, and maintains teaching licenses in the states of Maryland and Virginia.

Ms. Tamburrino specializes in curriculum design and program management.  She is also trained in interview/interrogation observation and analysis, having certifications in Reid Advanced Interview and Interrogation Skills and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Behavioral Interviewing.

Ms. Tamburrino holds a BS degree in Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching from James Madison University.
